Step 2: Apply & Interview
As part of our application you will be asked to submit:
- personal statement
- 2 references*
- transcripts* for any current program or course work and all prior degrees (copies or unofficial accepted),
- 1 letter of recommendation*
- $75 non-refundable application fee*.
* The online application will ask you to provide information about your 2 references and allows you to attach a resume. It also contains directions for sending in your transcripts, letter of recommendation, and the application fee. If you have any questions please contact us!Make sure to review:
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The Certificate Committee will review your application and you will be contacted for an interview if you meet criteria for admission.Complete Our Online Application
Step 3: Enroll
Upon acceptance, you will receive information about scheduling, payment, enrollment, and other logistics.
Capstone certificate students need to apply to become a University Special student at UW-Madison in order to enroll in our courses.
